Sheraton Cable Beach is a luxury property anchored in a major resort development. The grand opening of the Sheraton Cable Beach Resort in Nassau marked a new pace and style for tourism in the Bahamas. The January unveiling of this ambitious project, developed by Baha Mar, a new company based in Nassau, the Sheraton joins the Wyndham Nassau and the Crystal Palace Casino, which are also Baha Mar Cable Beach Resorts, in a seven-acre complex along 1,000 feet of the choicest beaches. All Cable Beach Resort properties share an array of amenities and dining options, as well as a championship golf course.

The Sheraton Cable Beach, formerly the Radisoon Cable Beach & Golf Resort, has been transformed after an investment of $80 million. New features include a huge lobby with shops, and a diversity of amenities and dining options. All 694 rooms and suites are decorated in soft pastel colors that reflect the blue hues of the ocean. Rooms and suites open to balconies with views of the beach and pools below. Room amenities include high-speed Internet access, LCD flat-screen televisions and the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed, a signature creation that offers the softest beds any weary traveler might want.

Three freshwater pools with water-falls, swim-up bars and huge whirlpools are part of an attractive recreation area that fronts the white-sand beach. All this space is perfect for a "banquet under the stars," one of Sheraton's leading catering offerings for meetings and conventions, as well as for private parties. For families the Kids' club provides a great time with an adult-supervised daily program of activities designed just for them.
